⚠️ Regulatory notice

Velira is financial-information and educational software and is pursuing registration as an investment adviser with the assistance of counsel. That registration is not yet effective — until it is, Velira is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, bank, or fiduciary and does not provide personalized investment advice (the license number will be shown here once registration is effective). Upon registration, the higher tiers (Wealth, Tax, Estate) add licensed human professionals who provide personalized advice as fiduciaries under a separate engagement. At no tier does Velira take custody of, hold, or trade your assets — it is read-only by architecture, and you place every trade at your own broker.

Terms of Servicev1.0 · Jul 2
The agreement governing your use of the Velira application. The Velira software is a financial-information and education tool; on its own it is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, bank, or fiduciary, and it does not provide personalized investment advice — it offers account aggregation, dashboards, summaries, projections, and general, impersonal educational information and tools that you act on at your own discretion. Velira is offered in four tiers; the higher tiers (Velira Wealth, Velira Tax, and Velira Estate) add a dedicated licensed human professional — a fiduciary CFP®, a CPA for personal tax, or an Estate Planner — who provides personalized professional services under a separate engagement described in the Professional Services & Fiduciary Disclosure. At no tier does Velira take custody of, hold, or trade your assets. These Terms cover app usage, eligibility, acceptable use, third-party data (Plaid/SnapTrade), the flat-fee plans and one-time onboarding, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and binding arbitration with a class-action waiver and a 30-day opt-out.
Privacy Policyv1.0 · Jul 2
How Velira, LLC — the provider of the Velira financial-information and education software and, on its higher tiers, of dedicated professional financial-planning, personal tax, and estate-planning services — collects, uses, shares, safeguards, and retains your personal information, including financial-account and holdings data from Plaid, brokerage data from SnapTrade, tax information, planning inputs, and the information your assigned professional needs on a higher tier. It explains your rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, the CCPA/CPRA, and other US state privacy laws, affirms that we do not sell or share your personal information, and describes our US-only posture and our subprocessors.
No Investment, Tax, or Legal Advicev1.0 · Jun 14
The Velira software is an educational and informational personal-finance tool. By itself it does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice and creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship: it is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, it gives no personalized investment recommendations, and it provides general, impersonal educational information and tools, read-only, that you act on at your own discretion. If you engage a higher tier, a dedicated licensed human professional (a fiduciary CFP®, a CPA for personal tax, or an Estate Planner) provides personalized professional advice under a separate engagement — that advice comes from the professional, not the software. You place every trade yourself, and no one at Velira ever takes custody of or trades your assets.
AI Disclosurev1.0 · Jun 14
Velira uses AI to generate summaries, projections, and coaching. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, are not advice, and must be independently verified. A human remains responsible for every decision.

Documents still marked Draft are presented so counsel can review them in place; they take effect on registration and become binding only after counsel sign-off and once their remaining [[PLACEHOLDER]] facts are supplied. Questions? Contact us at hello@velirafinance.com. See docs/LEGAL_REVIEW_MAP.md.
