Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid plan at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@velirafinance.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. See the Automatic Renewal Terms for how renewals work.
Refunds
Except where a refund is required by applicable law, fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused time. Any one-time onboarding or setup fee is charged when setup begins and is non-refundable except where required by law.
Mandatory legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund, withdrawal, or cancellation rights you have under applicable law. Where such rights apply (for example, certain consumer cooling-off rights), we will honor them. The exact applicable rights are being confirmed with counsel.
How to request a refund
To request a refund you believe is owed, contact hello@velirafinance.com with your account details and the reason. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable time.
Status
Billing is not currently enabled in the Service. This policy becomes effective only when paid plans launch and will be finalized with counsel at that time.
