Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the Velira application and related services (the "Service") and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Violating it is a violation of the Terms.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose; infringe or misappropriate the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others; upload information you do not have the right to provide; impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; or harass, threaten, or harm others.

You also agree not to: interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; introduce malware or other harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data; circumvent authentication, rate limits, or security controls; or scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data except as expressly permitted.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or create derivative works of the Service, or use it to build or train a competing product or model, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by law.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your account or use another person's account without authorization. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at hello@velirafinance.com.

Security research

Good-faith security research conducted in accordance with our Vulnerability Disclosure document is encouraged and is not a violation of this Policy, provided you do not access or modify data that is not your own and you give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate before public disclosure.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate, including reporting unlawful activity to authorities. We may take these steps with or without notice where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or others.
