The Firm prepares a supplement in this form for each supervised person who formulates investment advice for a client and has direct client contact — including each dedicated CFP® professional who advises clients on the Velira Wealth, Velira Tax, and Velira Estate tiers. The supervised person provides personalized, non-discretionary financial-planning and investment advice to assigned clients, working from the client's connected financial picture in the Firm's software platform, and is responsible for the advice delivered to those clients — including reviewing and contextualizing the Platform's analytical outputs before they are relied on as personalized advice.

Item 6 — Supervision
The Firm supervises the advice its supervised persons provide through written compliance policies and procedures and a Code of Ethics grounded in the Firm's fiduciary duty to its clients. Supervision includes periodic and risk-based review of client files, recommendations, and communications; monitoring for conformity with each client's stated goals, risk tolerance, and restrictions; and enforcement of the Code of Ethics and personal-trading policies.
Because the Firm's platform generates analytical outputs that inform advice, supervision also covers model governance: review and approval of the models, assumptions, and logic behind the Platform's analyses; testing and monitoring of outputs (including AI-assisted outputs) for accuracy; change controls over the engines; and review of how supervised persons use Platform outputs in the advice delivered to clients. Because the Firm is non-discretionary, no supervised person places trades for clients — supervision focuses on the quality and compliance of the advice itself. confirm the supervisory structure, review cadence, and model-governance controls match actual practice — coming soon.
