Some features are AI-generated

Velira uses artificial intelligence to produce certain content, including summaries, explanations, briefings, projections, scenario analyses, and coaching. This content is generated by an AI model (provided by Anthropic via its API) based on the information available to the Service and the prompt provided.

Where content is AI-generated, we aim to make that clear in the interface. Generated content is informational only.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete

AI-generated outputs can be wrong. They may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or "hallucinations" — statements that sound plausible but are not correct. Outputs may misinterpret your data, miss context, or reflect limitations and biases in the underlying model and its training.

Numbers, calculations, and projections produced or summarized by AI are estimates and may not match authoritative sources. Do not treat AI output as verified fact.

AI outputs are not advice

AI-generated content is part of the software's general, educational output. It is not investment, financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset, and it does not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship. If you engage a higher tier, the personalized advice you receive comes from your dedicated licensed professional (for example, your fiduciary CFP® or CPA) — not from the AI; a professional may use the software's outputs as one input, but the AI output by itself remains general and educational. Velira is pursuing investment-adviser registration; the human-professional tiers, and the personalized advice they carry, are available only once that registration is effective — and even then the AI itself remains a tool: it never executes a trade, never moves money, and its projections stay hypothetical. Independently verify before relying

You should independently verify any AI-generated output before relying on it — for example, by checking the underlying figures, consulting authoritative statements and records, and seeking advice from a qualified, licensed professional. Do not make financial decisions based solely on AI-generated content.

Human-in-the-loop

Velira is designed to keep a human in control. The Service does not execute transactions or move money, and AI features do not act autonomously on your accounts. You decide whether and how to act on any information the Service provides, and you remain responsible for those decisions.

Your data and AI processing

To generate AI content, relevant portions of your information and prompts are sent to our AI provider via its API and returned to the Service. Per the provider's API terms as we understand them, data submitted through the API is not used to train the provider's models. We send the minimum context needed to produce a useful result.
