Electronic Communications & E-Sign Consent
Consent to electronic records and signatures
By using the Service, you consent to receive all agreements, disclosures, notices, and other communications ("Communications") from Velira Finance electronically, and you agree that electronic signatures, contracts, and records satisfy any legal requirement that such Communications be in writing, to the fullest extent permitted by the federal E-Sign Act and applicable state law (UETA).
How we provide Communications
We may provide Communications by posting them in the Service, emailing them to the address associated with your account, or by other electronic means. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current and to check for Communications.
Hardware and software requirements
To access and retain electronic Communications, you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, a valid email account, and the ability to view and save documents (for example, as PDF). By consenting, you confirm you have access to these. Velira Finance to confirm and finalize the exact requirements with counsel.
Withdrawing consent and paper copies
You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically, or request a paper copy of a Communication, by contacting Velira Finance at hello@velirafinance.com. Withdrawing consent may limit or end your ability to use the Service. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies where permitted by law.
