Electronic Communications & E-Sign Consent

Consent to electronic records and signatures

By using the Service, you consent to receive all agreements, disclosures, notices, and other communications ("Communications") from Velira, LLC electronically, and you agree that electronic signatures, contracts, and records satisfy any legal requirement that such Communications be in writing, to the fullest extent permitted by the federal E-Sign Act and applicable state law (UETA).

How we provide Communications

We may provide Communications by posting them in the Service, emailing them to the address associated with your account, or by other electronic means. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current and to check for Communications.

Hardware and software requirements

To access and retain electronic Communications, you need: a device with internet access; a current version of a mainstream web browser (for example, Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox) that supports 128-bit encryption; a valid email account and the software to access it; sufficient storage or a printer to retain or print Communications; and a PDF reader to view documents provided in PDF. By giving this consent electronically, you confirm that you are able to access and retain Communications in these formats — your electronic consent itself demonstrates that you can receive electronic records, as the federal E-Sign Act requires.

If our hardware or software requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you cannot access or retain Communications, we will notify you and give you the right to withdraw your consent without fee, condition, or consequence beyond those disclosed when you first consented.

Withdrawing consent and paper copies

You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically, or request a paper copy of a Communication, by contacting Velira, LLC at hello@velirafinance.com. Withdrawing consent may limit or end your ability to use the Service. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies where permitted by law.
